High Range concrete superplasticizer (Formerly known as Renwetzar 501)
PRODUCT
Renwetzar 501 is brown ready to use concrete .Renwet ZAR 501 is a strong slump retaining super plasticizer conforming to the specification of ASTM C 494 and IS 9103-1999(Amendment 2003).
TYPICAL APPICATIONS
- Used wherever optimum workability and desired set retardation and maximum compressive strength are required such as in the areas of congested reinforcement where free flowing self- compacting concrete is desired.
- Concreating of bridge girders, pre- stressed concrete members where high compressive strength coupled with high workability is of paramount importance.
- To produce high strength, High grade concreate M25 & above by substantial reduction in water resulting in low permeability and high early strength.
- Hot weather concreting where set retardation and avoidance of cold joints is essential.
- Extremely useful for concrete to be carried to longer distances, for retention of slump such as in ready mixed concrete plant.
- Extremely versatile plasticizer, useful in all grades of concrete from M-20 to M40.

METHOD OF USE
Renwet ZAR 501 should be added to the mix along with water. Never add Renwet ZAR 501 to the dry cement or cementessios product.
DOSAGE
Generally doses 0.6 to 1.8% by weight of Cementitious product Enhanced 3.3% depending on climate situations. But better go for trial mix to determine the optimum dosage.
PACKING AND SHELF LIFE
Renwet ZAR 501 Is available in 250 kgs HDPE drums. Shelf life is 6 months in stored in manufacturers sealed drums in cool and dry shade.
FIRE & SAFETY
Renwet ZAR 501 is non-toxic ,non-Flammable and non hazardous .However any splashes on the human body should be washed immediately with plenty of water.
